FULL DAY: WHY ARE THERE 3 TEAM MEMBERS AT MY WEDDING DAY?
There’s so much happening on a wedding day that 2 photographers are essential to provide documentary photography on a busy day. But if a team member has cold symptoms, becomes sick, or has an emergency on the wedding day, it is extremely difficult to find a replacement photographer at last minute’s notice. Because we want peace of mind too (!) a third team member assigned to your wedding as a Wedding Assistant can also serve as a back-up photographer if the need arises.
The Wedding Assistant helps photographers by carrying items to be photographed, clearing clutter for photos, holding bouquets, putting on boutonnieres, helping with your dress, posing groups, and being an extra hand for the two photographers. They’re also an awesome lighting assistant for night photos!

Create your collection
After meeting on Zoom, finalize your photography decision by creating your own collection in the booking proposal, which contains the contract and invoice for the deposit to reserve your day with us! Make your collection by selecting items at 20% discount: engagement session, albums, videography, Gif Booth, live-streaming, etc.
Full day photo
Full day photography (anywhere between 7 to 11 hours) with unlimited locations, starts at $5950, with options to build your collection from there (add-on’s 20% discount). Out of your collection total, it is $2000 deposit due to book, which can be paid via check or credit card (online). Full Day includes, at minimum:
ONE LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER
Your Lead Photographer is in charge of leading the day’s team! They photograph key moments of course, the bride getting ready, formal group photos, and working with Second Photographer with directing portraits
ONE SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER
The photographer for guys’ getting ready photos, most detail photos, catching creative angles (guys getting ready photos, most detail photos, creative angles)
ONE WEDDING ASSISTANT
This extra perk of a team member is the backup photographer for the lead or 2nd photographer in case of accident or illness. The wedding assistant helps photographers to expedite the process by carrying things, prep areas for photos, helps photographer coordinate family for group photos. She has our emergency kit and is an extra hand during photos!

Hourly photography coverage that is 1 to 6 hours, ideal for microweddings, elopements, or wedding coverage with one or two locations, starts at $500 per hour, with options to build your collection from there (add-on’s at 20% discount). Out of your collection total, it is 50% deposit due to book, which can be paid via check or credit card (online). Short hourly coverage includes:
• one Photographer from our Team
• one Wedding Assistant (also serving as a back-up photographer & photographers’ assistant)
• Zoom video meeting with your Photographer
• online gallery within 30 days after the wedding
• 5×7″ Wood Photo Box with a USB drive of high-resolution, edited digital negatives with a Print Release (at minimum 100 photos per one hour)
photos are sized at 300dpi for printing up to 8×12″, and 72 dpi for web use

FULL-SERVICE PHOTOGRAPHY
You don’t have to be left “in the dark” with what to do about your photos. Trailing Twine Photography LLC is a full-service photography company, which means we don’t just do digitals. Our clients often work directly with us in making their digital photos come to life in print. Clients can order prints, cards, album designing, wall art interior design & professional wall art installation. Every photography item is inspected and delivered by us. We love how we can help clients with whatever they need.
Wall art design & install
Clients can schedule design consultations on Zoom to finalize wall art for the home! It’s so eye-opening to see how your photos can look in different sizes in a virtual design. We offer canvas, metal prints, wood displays, and framed prints of all kinds of mediums and frames. All wall art is professionally installed by one of our partner art installers, so you don’t have to worry a thing!
Albums & Photobooks
We offer heirloom albums and photo books for clients to enjoy for the rest of their lives. Our books are thick, sturdy, and designed to last generations. Heirloom albums have wood or leather covers, and photo books are typically lower-budget with cardstock-like pages. Choose your own photos and Ling will design the spreads for your approval.
Small prints & cards
Prints sized 8×10″ and smaller can be ordered through wedding online galleries, or ordered through email or phone call with Ling. You can also get card orders for thank-you’s or save-the-dates, or holiday cards through various custom designs by Trailing Twine Photography.
